Having been a REALTOR® since 1987, I’ve found my business and life has lead me all across the lower mainland of Vancouver. When I started in real estate I worked in North Vancouver (where I was born and raised). After five years, I moved to Port Coquitlam. So, my business has spread from North Vancouver to Surrey and White Rock and every place in between.

Over the years my clients have moved to different areas, and we’ve enjoyed working together so much that I have literally sold homes from WHISTLER to HORSEFLY and all points in between. I have become a very well rounded real estate agent.

As a real estate agent for over 31 years, I have learned many things about our area and our market, but I have especially learned a lot about my clients. The cool thing about having been a salesperson for such a long time is that I don’t have a client base; I have a friend base. I love all of my clients. I love hearing from them, getting caught up in their news, and seeing the changes take place in their lives.

One of the things I say to all of my first-time clients is: ” Choose a real estate agent you like; trust and enjoy their company.” This is the most important financial commitment you are going to make. You need someone in your corner who is working in your best interest. When you have a real estate agent that you know you can trust and have confidence in, you may actually have fun in the process.

Residential real estate is my area of expertise. As I have sold real estate for so long, I have found my clients have moved to all different areas of the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. I have made those journeys with them.

I’ve literally sold hundreds of strata units, and I am very well versed in all the do’s and don’ts of what a strata sale entails. You can be totally confident that when you make your purchase that we will know all the facts, not just some of them.

I am expanding the level of service for my clients. I am also a mortgage broker. One of the things I found while working with buyers was that they really did not understand the mortgage process, how it worked, and what options were available to them. I wanted to make the whole situation easier for them to understand, that’s why I became a Mortgage Professional. I can guide a home buyer from the beginning to the end of the whole process, with no gaps in between. I have full confidence that they know and understand exactly where they are going and what they can afford. It is so much easier having one person to ask all the questions, instead of going to so many different resources.
